I called for an estimate and Mr Morales came out the next day as promised. He walked around the property and told me all the things that were included in his bid. After getting 3 bids, I was a bit skeptical because the other 2 companies were going to charge extra for some of the things covered in his bid. I chose his company because they were so nice, polite, prompt and very reasonably priced. Their work is top notch. It's been a week since they finished and I can't find one thing I don't like. Communication is key and he made sure to give us everything we wanted. Our house looks beautiful. Everything was cleaned up when they were done, not 1 thing for us to do. I can't communicate enough about how happy we are with the professionalism of this company. Their compassion for what they do is so obvious. Don't think twice about hiring them as they are the best!
Edin responded promptly to my initial contact. He provided a quote very quickly and it was so reasonable that I didn't seek any others (he also came highly recommended from a friend). As soon as we indicated that we were ready to begin the project, he started almost immediately. He and his team worked quickly, efficiency and cleaned up each day before they left. He communicated very clearly when he was coming and what the timeline of the project was. We could not be happier with the final product! Our house looks amazing. Edin was EXTREMELY communicative, he met every deadline and when we needed a touch up because of our dogs on the deck too soon, he was right there! He worked with us on a color scheme. Edin and his crew painted our 3 story house exterior, refinished the front porch and door and painted our back deck. As an inspector, I was highly impressed by their attention to detail, preparations, thorough work and complete tidy up afterward. While other painting companies do the majority with a sprayer, this crew spends time doing the details with a brush with proper coverage. We first observed them painting a neighbor's house across the street and knew when it came time to do ours, Edin Morales would be the one to call.
